According to a proper project, AUTO-cad designs will be compiled by our technician-designer, which will be a basis for the production of wooden parts of the building. <br> <b>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;2.</b> The production is based on an architectural-construction project that needs an additional design of the constructive part along with statistical calculations carried out by our designer. <br> <b>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;3.</b> We are ready to help clients who wish to build a house, but have not found a suitable design approach. We recommend selecting among our standard designs that can be adjusted to the client s wishes, if needed. In order to have an individual building project, please contact architects cooperating with Fermhouse OÜ. <p> After agreeing on a suitable quotation, an employment contract for producing the necessary parts of the wooden frame will be signed. The contract establishes the volume of work, cost, time of delivery, etc.
